4. Cancellation & Refund

  • Cancellation charges depend on the service provider and booking conditions.
  • Some bookings may be non-refundable.
  • Eligible refunds will be processed as per the service provider’s policy.
  • No refund for voluntarily unused services.

5. Booking Changes

  • Changes to flights, hotels, dates, or other services depend on availability.
  • Amendment or rescheduling charges may apply.

6. Travel Documents & Visa

  • Customers are responsible for valid passports, visas, and required travel documents.
  • Visa approval is decided by the concerned embassy or government authority.
  • We do not guarantee visa approval.

7. Flights, Hotels & Transportation

  • Flights, hotels, and transportation are subject to the respective provider’s rules and policies.
  • Hotel rooms, facilities, and services may vary from the pictures shown.

8. Tour Itinerary

  • Itineraries may change due to weather, delays, safety, government restrictions, or other unavoidable circumstances.
  • Reasonable alternatives may be arranged where possible.

9. Traveller Responsibilities

  • Travellers must follow local laws, hotel rules, and service provider instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for their personal belongings and conduct.

10. Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is recommended for medical emergencies, cancellations, baggage loss, and other travel risks.
  • Travellers must meet all health and entry requirements.
